Following the decision (March 24th) by the Government to close all non-essential businesses, our sales showrooms are closed for all face to face visits effective immediately. However we encourage our customers to carry out all sales conversation by e-mail at email@example.com. We really look forward to the return to normal business, but for now we keep a safe distance.
We recognise the importance of helping people stay mobile in these times of uncertainty and want to assure our customers that we are able to assist with urgent cases at this time.
So, if you have an immediate issue with your car, please contact our Aftersales team at firstname.lastname@example.org we will do our best to help you. If your car is due a service, we ask if we can defer this for a few weeks until normality resumes. Don’t worry, this won’t cause you any issues and we will be happy to accommodate you in the future – even if it’s a few weeks late.
